302.307 (1) The operator of an airport shall (a) provide any person who has duties in respect of the airport wildlife management plan with training at least once every five years regarding their assigned duties and the matters set out in section 322.307 of the Airport Standards-Airport Wildlife Planning and Management ; and (b) ensure that any person who has duties in respect of the airport wildlife management plan holds any required firearm permit. (2) The operator of the airport shall maintain a record of each person’s training for a period of five years and provide the Minister with a copy of any record, if requested.
