307.04 (1) For the purposes of this Subpart, the interested parties are the following: (a) if a built-up area of a city or town is located within a radius of 4 000 m from the location of the proposed aerodrome work, (i) the Minister, (ii) the providers of air navigation services, (iii) the operator of a certified or registered aerodrome located within a radius of 30 nautical miles from the location of the proposed aerodrome work, (iv) the authority responsible for a protected area located within the radius of 4 000 m from the location of the proposed aerodrome work, (v) any local land use authority where the proposed aerodrome work is to be carried out, and (vi) members of the public who are within the radius of 4 000 m from the location of the proposed aerodrome work; or (b) in any other case, (i) the Minister, (ii) the providers of air navigation services, (iii) the operator of a certified or registered aerodrome located within a radius of 30 nautical miles from the location of the proposed aerodrome work, (iv) the authority responsible for a protected area located within a radius of 4 000 m from the location of the proposed aerodrome work, (v) any local land use authority where …
