406.46 (1) A flight training unit that operates an aeroplane or a helicopter shall establish, maintain and retain for at least two years after an entry is made a record of maintenance personnel that meets the personnel licensing standards. (2) Where an authorization is given or training is completed, the flight training unit shall provide a copy of each record required by subsection (1) to the person to whom the record refers.
