507.01 This Subpart applies in respect of aircraft — other than remotely piloted aircraft that are an element of a remotely piloted aircraft system in respect of which a design approval document has not been issued or applied for under Subpart 21 of this Part, ultra-light aeroplanes and hang gliders — that are (a) Canadian aircraft; or (b) operated in Canadian airspace.
