700.119 (1) An air operator shall provide each flight crew member with one of the following periods of time free from duty: (a) at least 36 consecutive hours within each consecutive 7-day period; (b) at least 3 consecutive days within each consecutive 17-day period; (c) at least 4 consecutive days within each consecutive 19-day period. (2) An air operator shall provide a flight crew member with advance notice of the member’s time free from duty and its duration. SOR/2018-269, s. 13 SOR/2022-246, s. 19
