705.67 No person shall operate an aircraft unless the aircraft is equipped with (a) two independent static pressure systems; (b) a windshield wiper or rain removal system for each pilot station; (c) heating or de-icing equipment for each carburetor or an alternate air source for each pressure carburetor or fuel injection system; (d) a placard on each door that provides passenger access to a passenger emergency exit, stating that the door must be secured or locked open during take-off and landing; and (e) a means for the crew, in an emergency, to unlock each door that leads to a compartment that is normally accessible to passengers and that can be locked by passengers.
