901.220 (1) An RPAS operator shall appoint a person responsible for RPAS maintenance. (2) The person responsible for RPAS maintenance shall plan and oversee the maintenance of the RPAS operator’s remotely piloted aircraft systems, including coordinating maintenance arrangements with third-party maintenance providers.
