Procedure 61 An arbitrator or arbitration board shall determine their own procedure, but shall give full opportunity to the parties to the proceeding to present evidence and make submissions to the arbitrator or arbitration board. R.S., 1985, c. L-2, s. 61; 1999, c. 31, s. 154(E)
